Bananas are one of the few foods I really don't like. Bananas and cantaloupe, in case you were curious. Banana bread, however, is one of my favorite things ever. And because I'm impatient, I often make it in muffin form. Eighteen minutes is long enough to wait, don't you think?

So what exactly is the difference between a muffin and a cupcake? Unfrosted, I would call these zucchini muffins, but add the cream cheese frosting and they are definitely cupcakes. Some suggest the difference between the two is the size, sweetness, frosted or unfrosted, or if they are made with butter or oil.
