Are there ever enough peanut butter balls to go around? Once again the holidays flew by without getting around to everything on my baking list. So, over the past couple of weeks, the baking bug has hit and I've done a little catching up on making a few old favorites as well as trying some new treats too.
Where do I start with this amazing croissant pudding? It has two stories, or two sides of a story I should say. I'll start with the more important bit - the origin. If you watch cook shows you may know this dish already, or if you're a Nigella Lawson fan you definitely do.
Oh, I made a cake. Just a short time after I told you about how I don't like to bake when it's hot outside. Which is still true, but, ohhhh damn, I just knew I wouldn't be able to stay away from the oven. I'm stubborn.
I FUCKING LOVE CAKE. I know starting a post with profanity and all caps is aggressive, but I have strong feelings, and sometimes internet expression is hard. I'm sorry. The truth is, I've been a die-hard cake fan for as long as I can remember.
It's always nice when we have ingredients chosen for us to work with. Even the most creative people need a push now and then. So, we were quite excited when the fine folks at Chobani asked us to come up with a recipe using their yogurt.
Fluffy buttermilk pancakes filled with banana flavor and studded with macadamia nuts, smothered in coconut syrup. Just like you had at that restaurant in Hawaii! These are so easy to make at home. Comes with free palm trees and a beach too.
Philadelphia Cream cheese is indeed one of the few cheeses which make it possible to create smooth, delectable and creamy cheesecake. However, using a large percentage of this type of cheese for the production of cheesecake, can result in cakes which tend to be a bit heavy for today's consumer.
It's my birthday today, guys! I shared my birthday cake with you last year, so I thought, why not continue the tradition. I also mentioned in that post last year that I was working on cooking my way through a cookbook. I did not make it all the way through in a year as I had hoped.
These Red Velvet Cupcakes are the yummiest cupcakes. So moist, tasty and deliciousness all in one bite. Follow me on Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest to stay up to date on all of my recipes! Happy Birthday to My Kitchen Craze!! What a wonderful year this has been.
I have some very exciting things happening soon and I want to share it with you all so bad, but I also want to surprise you. So I am going to be a good girl and keep my mouth shut. I know, I'm sorry.
