This is the absolute best sauce to pour over ice cream. Makes about 3 cups INGREDIENTS: 6 stems chopped rhubarb 1 cinnamon stick ¾ cups of sugar ½ cup of water Crème fraiche and vanilla sugar or vanilla sauce, for serving PREPARATION: Put rhubarb, cinnamon, sugar and water in a pot and bring to a bowl.
