Ginger Golden Syrup Pudding Recipe
Step 1 Lightly grease a 6 cup-capacity pudding basin (with lid). Using the lid as a guide, cut a circle from baking paper. Set aside. Step 2 Finely grate 1cm of the ginger (see note). Slice remaining ginger into matchsticks. Step 3 Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
