Lemon Meringue Pie Ice Cream Sandwiches (GF) - Izy Hossack - Top With Cinnamon
I used to absolutely hate lemon desserts (obv the tables have turned now). I distinctly remember this fact becuase of the lemon meringue pie we used to occasionally get for dessert at school. Rainier Cherry and Chocolate Chip Ice Cream | Love and Olive Oil
We've just returned from a week-long trip to Colorado. The magical land where the fruit stands line the mountain roads like mile markers; ramshackle shacks and buildings with hand-painted signs, heralding the juicy treasures within.

No-churn Bourbon Vanilla Fudge Swirl Ice Cream with Toffee Bits
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Sorry. Couldn't resist Warning: This post is going to get a bit food nerdy. I'll do my best to keep myself in check but you were warned. The problem with homemade ice cream, whether using a machine or not, is it becomes too icy.

Buckeye Ice Cream | Cook Like A Champion
Next to coffee and chocolate, peanut butter and chocolate is my favorite dessert pairing. Reese's Cups were practically the only chocolate I would eat growing up, and I only liked them cold. Actually, I still only eat them cold. I guess some habits never change.

Oreo Cream Cheese Brownies - Averie Cooks
These are some of the best brownies I've ever made. Fudgy brownies with a cream cheese filling and Oreos baked in. That can't be bad. If you need a superstar brownie to impress a crowd, this is the recipe to do it. The brownie base is adapted from The Best Turtle Brownies, which I also ...

Watermelon-Coconut-Lime Popsicles
My kids looovvveee popsicles and at some point during the day someone always has a Big Stick or a red-white-and-blue Rocket Pop in hand. While I can be happy with a cherry-pineapple flavored Big Stick, I prefer more of a tropical taste when it comes to popsicles.
