I am known as the "trifle lady" at my church, so I am thrilled to have a new recipe to add to my line-up. I am making this today with sugar-free ingredients, and I am going to use white chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla. I will report back tomorrow on how it went!
These were a hit with a get together last night. I made the crust with a package of sugar cookie pre-made dough instead of the pie crust. Rolled 24 piece of cookie dough into balls and place them into the mini cupcake pan.
