Sugared Cranberries | Love and Olive Oil
I made these easy sugared cranberries as a topping for our Thanksgiving pie, which needed a bit of color and tart contrast to it's sticky sweetness (recipe coming tomorrow). Gooey Chocolate Coconut Truffles | How Sweet It Is
The best thing ever happened on Friday night. But first! Some of you have asked how I dip my truffles since they appear all nice and smooth and stuff. I use forks. No biggie. Pretty sure this happened by accident about 5 years ago when I ran out of spoons.

Recently my daughter celebrated her eighth birthday. When I asked her what kind of treats she wanted to bring to school to celebrate with her classmates she said chocolate cupcakes. Sounds easy enough, right? Not so much. Long gone are the days of bringing in a box of Twinkies, Ding Dongs, or even your average homemade chocolate chip ...

Apple Cider Old-Fashioned Cocktail - Completely Delicious
I plan on sipping on this fall-themed cocktail, made with local High West whiskey and fresh apple cider, long after the snow starts falling. Which, considering I live in Utah, could be any minute now. My husband is a whiskey drinker, often coming home from work to sip on some scotch or bourbon while I finish dinner.
