As you may know from my previous Carrot Cake post, I am not much of a baker. Keeping this in mind, when I was invited to a friends place for a catchup I quickly scoured the internet looking for something that I didn't have to bake for dessert that would be tasty, healthy and a little bit different.
The other day I went to Olive Garden, and guess what came with the check? Yup, Andes Mints are right! This prompted me to find a recipe that included those tasty mints, and I found this awesome cupcake recipe.

Zabaglione is a traditional, light Italian dessert that's great for summer entertaining. It uses 3 main ingredients (eggs, sugar, sherry, but shh we added a little vanilla to ours too) and is fairly simple to make. This delicious Zabaglione recipe has a whipped cream/custard texture and is topped with strawberries and blueberries.
This easy French toast casserole is easy and cream cheesy. Top it with mounds of cinnamon and syrup and we are well on our way to the best breakfast ever...in one hour. This is going to be one of those "You're an idiot" moments.
